We help students through a package model, meaning that all services are included. Our package includes:

Orientation and Context: We help students and parents understand what the college application process entails, what the steps are, the timeline for application and acceptance, and clarify buzzwords like “Early Decision” and “Early Action”, and answer initial questions to ensure everyone starts with a clear, mutual understanding.

Timeline Organization and Accountability: Through weekly video calls and regular email check-ins, we help students stay on track with their tasks and deadlines so that parents don’t have to. 

School Research and List Creation: We help students identify and prioritize universities that align with their goals and preferences — their best-fit schools — ensuring a balance of reach, target, and likely schools.

Personal Statement Guidance: We assist students in brainstorming, drafting, and refining their personal statements through video calls and asynchronous edits. This includes essays for the Common Application, the University of California, and any other schools with their own application portal. 

Activities Section, Résumé and Additional Information: We help students craft a compelling and comprehensive activities list and résumé for applications, and use the Additional Information section to their advantage. 

Supplemental Essay Support: We provide support with brainstorming and in-depth feedback on supplemental essays to ensure they effectively showcase the student’s strengths and fit for each school.

Application Logistics Monitoring: We help students manage requesting transcripts and letters of recommendation, sending test scores, filling out financial aid documents, and completing application platforms like the Common App, ensuring they don’t miss any deadlines or steps.

Post-Application Assistance: We guide students through post-application steps such as portal reviews, letters of continued interest, and navigating acceptance decisions (and celebrating their wins!).
